What became immediately apparant to me when I started instructional design work nearly a decade ago was that organizations are looking for solutions. They have a gap, they need to resolve it. Because these gaps involve people, they typically require more than the flip of a switch. I enjoy, and excel, at designing solutions that consider performance management, operational embedment, change adoption, capacity building, and training when it's really needed. I'm a root cause guy.
Here's a look at my L&D related work.
